Chairman’s Report
Planning
“In the last year there have been
5 planning applications, 4 approved and 1 awaiting decision (Barn House)
2 listed building applications, 1 approved and 1 awaited (Pond House)
Trees: We were consulted on 1 provisional Tree Preservation Order which was confirmed (trees half way down Green Lane )
I am grateful for the help and support from Councillors and our Dorset Councillor, Jane Somper.
As before, our clerk Vivian Hitchmough has been a great help to me and I am very grateful to her for all she does.”

Due to Covid the event was not held.
Playground
Use was restricted due to Covid, but no issues occurred.
2022.18 Annual return and draft accounts for the year to 31.3.2022
The draft accounts had been prepared and circulated and the internal audit had been completed successfully. The sum of current and deposit bank accounts at year end is £ 2436 as agreed with the audit statement
The Annual Return and Governance statement was agreed and duly signed and approved to be published on the web site. The certificate of exemption AGAR 2021/22 Part 2 was duly signed and will be returned to auditors.
The Chairman asked if there were any questions in this regard.
