2024.22 Apologies Cllr Gilly Forge , Cllr Colin Elford and Dorset Councillor Jane Somper
2024.23 The minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of 18th May 2023 were agreed and duly signed.
2024.24 Questions
There were concerns regarding drainage in the village and the Chairman reported there is an intention by Dorset Council to clear drains throughout the village and white markers were in place to indicate work to be done. He suggested that everyone keep a close eye on this and it can be chased again in the summer if work had not been carried out. He reminded people that potholes and road repairs can be reported to Dorset Council. The Chairman will contact Cllr Jane Somper in this regard.
The Chairman was asked if there was any progress on the triangle by the airfield, but the Chairman had nothing new to report on the matter.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.30pm
